Brought truck in for simple injector repair. In process of repair they damaged seals inside engine causing significant oil leak. Refused to take responsibility for damage. Other repair shop showed me damage to seal caused by improper install of new injector. Update Photos added. They sent me these photos as the "proof" that my truck was leaking before I brought it in. Notice the timestamp. 9:11 am dried oil on the ground. 9:20 my truck is parked. 10:30 my truck is gone. And the oil spots are the exact same. The pricing I received for a single injector repair was $2100. He graciously gave me a "discount" of $100 because I questioned the pricing. I have since received quotes from 2 other independent repair shops for the same work. 1st quote $900 Second quote $1100. Waxahichie Nissan quoted me $745 to do this repair. Be very weary of this repair shop. They are going to price gouge you and then try and set up more problems for you to have to deal with. Final update - not that this will change anything A real mechanic found the cause of the leak. Right around the infector that was worked on backyard diesel cracked the valve cover for my engine. So far the staff was very nice setting me up to get my truck in to get head gasket done. Have a week waiting list only have room for a certain amount of vehicles . I will finish my review after I get all the work done . They did an excellent job on my truck. Did a great job on keeping me up to date on the progress and had it in and out in a week.

Where do I start? First off, they are a family oriented business which shines through their outstanding customer service. I came in desperate for help as my truck goes out a week before Colorado vacation! I have a 2014 Dodge 2500 Turbo Diesel and pull a travel trailer. They quickly diagnosed the problem and got me out the door to make sure my family goes on vacation quickly. Not only did they do a great job with the repairs, they were affordably fair in pricing (which is rare in the automotive service industry) and even offered a small discount for being an Army vet. That meant a lot as I did not ask for it, a true classy professional courtesy. They exceeded my expectations going above and beyond and you and your truck will not be disappointed, GUARANTEED! Go and see Carlos, Juan, Omar or any mechanic at the shop as they are down to earth hard working individuals and are very good at what they do. I travel around the US and work my trucks! I bought a Nissan Titan XD desiel and hated it. I had it worked on at dealers and shops all over the southeast, only to find the Absolute best desiel shop in the country in my own back yard in Garland TX !! These guys and the truth and the best out there! If you got a desiel, you need them on speed dial !! Professional, Honest, and the absolute BEST at what they do. 👍🏽👍🏽💯

Carlos and his team are amazing! They do great work and are very helpful answering questions about your truck. Carlos was able to diagnose my problem over the phone.
